Apex Construction Solutions is a quality consultancy providing clients with focused resources to support successful, compliant, and defect-free construction projects. We offer a range of services, including compliance review, long-term quality control, bespoke process management quality systems, and onsite quality inspections. Our experienced team is dedicated to helping clients build their own key requirements and achieve successful construction projects.

Clerk of Works\Quality Manager – monitoring ongoing construction works and proactively supporting the site team. 


This can include:

- Ongoing regular visits to support on-site quality processes



- One-off or semi-regular visits at key hold points in the project


- One-off visits for surveys, or specific elements of construction 


- Defect detection and resolution.

- Completing quality records – ensuring records are up to date and suitable to hand over to the client, especially fire records


- Processing compliance documentation – concrete cube registers, comparison of real-world build progress to architect’s drawings and manufacturer’s specifications


- Ensuring accuracy of build – this can include checks on items such as drainage surveys, BREEAM submissions, building user guides, test registers and more


- Snagging – identifying problems and offering solutions to items that would otherwise delay building completion


- Defects close out – if you have any tricky compliance problems, this is our specialty


- O&M manuals – an essential part of completing any building project, and one that takes a real eye for detail to get right.

Our Work in Action: Stunning Construction Projects Supported by Apex Construction

SAP3 is the largest Passivhaus scheme in the UK. Apex supported Vinci in achieving the Passivhaus accreditation and client relations. This project required significant investment of time and expertise, and highlighted the importance of having a third party who is able to function effectively between client and contractor. A satisfactory outcome was achieved for all stakeholders.
